As an A/OPC, it is important to know how to receive and generate the appropriate reports to monitor cardholder activity. Section IV will discuss reporting tools available to you.

Please refer to Section VI, Resources, for a listing of all banks participating in the GSA SmartPay® 2 program. The listing includes the banks' Web sites and toll-free telephone numbers that you can call for assistance.
